Martin Leberle has been the CEO of NLB Banka AD Podgorica since 2022. His career in the banking sector spans more than thirty years, during which he has gained extensive experience in risk management, training and leading banking operations.

From 2016 to 2022, Leberle was the General Manager and CFO of NLB Banka AD Podgorica, where he was a member of the Board of Directors. His contribution to the development of the bank and its business was significant, and his expertise in risk management and training further improved the bank's operations.

Before taking on the leadership position at NLB Banka, Leberle worked at HYPO-BANK in Munich in various positions related to risk management and training. He was also the General Manager of HypoVereinsbank Hungária in Budapest and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSCB HVB Bank Ukraine in Kiev. His experience includes working as an advisor to the President of UniCredit Bank Ukraine, as well as running his own consulting firm, Martin Leberle Consulting & Training.

Lana Đurasović has been a member of the Board of Directors and CFO of NLB Banka AD Podgorica since 2022. Her career in the banking sector began in 2002 as an intern at NLB Banka AD Podgorica, after graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, University of Montenegro, with a specialization in international business.

Before becoming CFO, Đurasović held a number of key positions in the bank, including the positions of Executive Director for Finance and Financial Markets, Director of the Finance and Controlling Sector, as well as CDO. Her experience also includes working as an advisor to the Board of Directors for Finance and Financial Markets, where she significantly contributed to the integration of NLB and Komercijalna banka in 2021.

Đurasović is known for her good knowledge of the banking system, ability to motivate teams and orientation to results. Her skills include time management, prioritizing tasks and encouraging productivity. She is also an expert in business and financial analysis and budgeting, which makes her an analytical and organized leader.

Dražen Vujošević has been a member of the Board of Directors (CRO) of NLB Banka AD Podgorica since 2022. His career in the banking sector began in 2008 as an intern at Komercijalna banka AD Podgorica, after graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, University of Montenegro. Vujošević earned a Master of Economics degree in 2013, and in 2022 completed the EMBA program at the Cotrugli Business School in Belgrade.

Before becoming the CRO of NLB Banka, Vujošević held a number of key positions, including the positions of Director of the Risk Management Sector and Deputy Director of the Risk Management Sector. His experience also includes work as a risk management analyst and commercialist in the Retail Banking Sector. He was also a member of the Management Board (CRO&CFO) of Komercijalna banka AD Podgorica.

Vujošević is known for his extensive experience in the field of risk management and leading various projects in banks. He led the AQR project at NLB Bank AD Podgorica in 2020 and was the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at the Association of Banks for three terms. His skills include analytical, organized, and team-leading skills, making him an extremely competent leader in the banking sector.

Marko Čelebić has been a member of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka AD Podgorica since 2025. His career in the banking sector began in 2010 at Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. Ljubljana, where he worked as Area Manager for International Corporate Business. Over the years, Čelebić has progressed to the positions of Regional Manager and Senior Advisor to the General Manager for International Market.

Before becoming a member of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka AD Podgorica, Čelebić was a Director of NLB Crna Gora d.o.o. and NLB InterFinanz AG, Ljubljana Branch. His experience also includes working as an advisor to the Board of Directors and Head of Corporate and SME Sector. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Tara Hotel d.o.o.

Čelebić is known for his extensive experience in managing international corporate business and leading various projects in banks. His academic certifications and trainings include the Management Acceleration Program IECD, FCI Academy Training, Project finance Moody's, Green line conversation, IC-Agile Certificate, The Credential on Business Agility, and many others.

Zarija Milić has been a member of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka AD Podgorica since February 2025. His career in the banking sector began in 1999 as an IT engineer at Jugodata, Montenegro, after obtaining a higher education degree in applied computing at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica. Milić graduated in 2004 with a higher education degree in the same field, and is currently studying for a master's degree in management at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica.

Before becoming a member of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka, Milić held a number of key positions at Addiko Bank, including the positions of Director of IT Operations, BCM and Cyber ​​Security, as well as Director of IT and Digital Operations. His experience also includes working as Director of Organization, IT, REM and Cash Management at Addiko Bank Montenegro, as well as project management at Hypo Alpe Adria Bank Montenegro.

Milić is known for his extensive experience in managing IT operations and leading various projects in banks. His academic certifications and training include certifications in leadership, risk management, ITIL 4 Foundation for IT Service Management, as well as professional training in security, operational risk management, AML, and countering terrorist financing.
