Notice to shareholders regarding the payment of dividends

NLB Bank AD Podgorica informs its shareholders that, pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 29th, 2023, and with the consent of the Central Bank of Montenegro, it will pay dividends for the years 2019 and 2021. The total gross amount of dividends to be paid is EUR 14,806,499.80. The gross dividend per share amounts to EUR 0.9648.

In accordance with Articles 29 and 29.a of the Corporate Income Tax Law, dividends are subject to withholding tax at a rate of 15%, unless otherwise regulated by international treaties on the avoidance of double taxation. According to the Personal Income Tax Law, dividends are taxable as capital income at a rate of 15%. Dividend payments will be made in the net amount, after tax deduction.

The right to dividends belongs to shareholders of NLB Bank AD Podgorica who were registered as shareholders in the shareholder list at the Central Securities Depository on the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders when the dividend payment decision was made, i.e., September 29th, 2023.

Dividend payments will commence on November 6th, 2023. For shareholders with an open transaction account at NLB Bank AD Podgorica, the dividend will be paid directly into their account.

Shareholders who do not have an account with NLB Bank AD Podgorica are required to provide their bank account number for the dividend payment.
