NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Based on the decision of the Board of Directors on convening the regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of NLB Bank AD Podgorica, no. 3214/3.2 dated March 9th, 2018, and Article 36 of the Companies Act ("Official Gazette of RCG", no. 06/02; "Official Gazette of CG", nos. 17/07, 80/08, 40/10, 73/10, 36/11 and 40/11), the
REGULAR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF NLB BANK AD PODGORICA
is convened.
The meeting will be held at the headquarters of NLB Bank in Podgorica, Bulevar Stanka Dragojevića no. 46, on June 14th, 2018, starting at 12:00 noon.

Proposal of the decision on profit distribution according to the 2017 Annual Financial Statements
