NLB Bank opened the doors of another branch of the new generation. A combination of technology and personal approach.

After three months of renovation, the NLB Bank branch at Bulevar Save Kovačević 64 was reopened to clients on September 29, and the official opening was held on October 6. The renovation brought a more modern space and a completely new experience in doing business with the bank; simpler, faster and adapted to the needs of modern users.

 

Digital services now have a central place in the operation of the branch. Clients can complete daily tasks faster, while advisors have more time to provide support and personalized financial advice. The new space organization combines technology and personal approach in an efficient way and without losing intimacy and personalized service.

Within the branch, there is a 24/7 zone, available throughout the day and at night, with an ATM and a vending machine for shopping. At the ATM, in addition to withdrawing money, it is possible to make a payment to any NLB card completely free of charge. In addition, interactive kiosks and tablets are available in the branches, which allow easy access to information and services, without waiting at the counter.

 

The bank equally invests in the improvement of physical spaces and the development of digital channels. In the past period, a new website was launched, modernized mobile and electronic banking, while for years it has been providing the possibility of video calls with advisors. The contact center is developing into a service that provides concrete support and solutions to clients, with constant progress towards enabling the use of banking services directly through this channel in the future. The goal is for every interaction, whether in a branch, by phone or online, to be equally simple and high-quality.

In the spirit of the values ​​it promotes and as a sign of gratitude to the community in which it operates, on the occasion of the opening of the renovated branch, NLB Bank presented a donation in the amount of 5,000 euros to the Resource Center for Children and Youth "Podgorica". With this donation, the bank wants to contribute to the improvement of conditions for the education and development of children and young people, confirming its long-term commitment to social responsibility and support to the local community.

As a sign of welcome, for existing and new clients of this branch, the bank has prepared a free membership fee for 3 months for all newly opened packages during October.

 

The working hours of the branch remain unchanged, on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while work with clients is organized from 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
