At NLB Bank, we believe in the power of knowledge, dialogue and joint initiatives that change our region for the better.

We have been supporting the CIM Forum for the 4th year, and this year Kotor was once again a meeting place for ideas and people who shape the future of media and creative industries in the region.

Our colleagues Jelena Vujović, Director of Communication and Bojana Šćepanović, Independent Business Communicator, participated in panels and discussions that opened up important social topics.

As part of the forum, the NLB Workshop for students was held, led by Lazar Džamić on the topic: "Neurodivergence as talent - What companies in our country miss due to a narrow understanding of talent".

NLB Bank, as the leader of sustainable banking in Montenegro, actively participated and was a golden partner in the prestigious MICEB conference in Budva. On the panel that opened this event, Blaž Brodnjak, president of the management board of NLB Group, spoke, sharing the valuable experiences of Slovenia, as well as his view of the key activities that need to be implemented in the overall process of European integration of Montenegro.

Blaž Brodnjak led an open conversation with students as part of the NLB upTalk session. The topic of the meeting was trends in modern banking and the challenges of sustainable development, and the students had the opportunity to exchange opinions and share their views on the future.
